It's the same problem that was fixed last week.
Signal and Intersection Problem (7047514) was closed by Dunwoody Public Works

When as a pedestrian you cross from the Mall side to the Exxon service station, you do not get a WALK light and the extra seconds. It's OK when you cross from the service station corner over to the mall. It was fixed for a few days last week.

(NOTE: The MAP thing that requires you to enter the street names is very difficult to use, it doesn't let you specify the exact corners)
