Also the residue looks green and smells like sewage! I am so upset. Our kids like to ride bikes and play outside.

It looks the same in my cul de sac on Clifton ave. Would be nice if they tried to fix it.

Probably nothing. I have notified Gilbert 311 two times about a street light that was out, and it’s still out.
