School bus SB104 was speeding through Elm street this morning at approximately 8:05 - there was a Police Officer at the crosswalk of of Dexter and Elm and he did not wave the bus to slow down, however he did wave to the driver... I have complained numerous times about the way people speed through this street and up the side streets.... but to have a school bus driving that fast is unacceptable
