Description

This car has been parked on the corner of Putnam St. and Salem St for over two months, in the exact same spot. The car is not mobile, and is covered in a tarp, because all the windows are broken. There are no license plates that I can see, and no one knows who the car belongs to. This can has been abandoned and needs to be removed.
