2019-424 On December 16th, 2019 I went out to 250 Enfield Street to inspect this property in regard to a complaint from See Click Fix. At this time, I didn’t note any violations of the Town of Enfield’s Municipal Blight Ordinance. With regards to people possible living in the cars, camper or trucks on the property I will refer that portion of the complaint to the Zoning Enforcement Officer Ricardo Rachele. Furthermore, the vehicles which I photographed on the property while beat appear at least visually to be in running condition. I will recommend that the complainant refer his complaint to the Department of Motor Vehicles to ensure that the garage is running within the parameters of its license. Rich Degen
