Description

Plastic campaign sign on metal stands, Keno signs on metal stands, and liquor signs on fiberglass poles illegally placed on the public right-of-way. This is in violation of state law (OCGA 32-6-51) and local ordinance (Macon-Bibb 16-11) and needs to be removed and disposed of at the landfill. Please do not uproot the signs and place them on private property as this would be littering, a violation of the law. There are several more signs at this location that are on the Riverside Drive ROW, these are being reported to GDOT for removal.
