Description

Location The south side of Court Street at Artizan, New Haven, CT.

A vegetative buffer was required as part of the City-approved site plan for the 124 apartment conversion at the "Smoothie" Building several years ago.

One driveway was specified.

In that space now there are six car parked for a monthly fee and part of the sidewalk is used as a second driveway. With two curb cuts and no vegetation, the site is more dangerous than it needs to be and it is unsightly.

This should be fixed immediately.
