I live on Arlington ave off Purdue dr Fayetteville NC At the corner off Purdue and Arlington there is a office complex and on the other corner a residence 2821 Arlington and 1541 Purdue dr On the side street of the Purdue house household and recycle cans are left at the street ( most of the time laying down blocking traffic) and trash spilling out. I live in 4th house down on Arlington and constantly picking up trash at my front door, yard and street. I understand the couple at the Purdue house are elderly but I was wondering if you could help with this problem. The cans are always on the road. Angie Cain 9103917815
