Why Not? The owner of this House has been FORCED to move OUT of the house! Me! Why? Because besides mold, mildew, spider webs, asphalt dust and now ASBESTOS is popping up all over and I have filed a new lawsuit against ONLY Town Manager Peter Souza. He FORGOT or actually never took the time to look up the actual job requirements required by the State of Ct. for the Towns Building Dept. employees that they are required to take every three years training classes of 90 hours to learn the States new State Building codes, laws, rules and regulations to order proper permits and that is why NO proper permits have ever been issued in Windsor since Souza has been the Town Manager for Windsor. Ruzzo who issued the permit for my neighbors roof was NOT properly licensed or trained and issued this permit that was NOT qualified for my neighbors roof.
