Description

Between 113 and 123 Court St., the untrimmed hedge is almost entirely blocking the sidewalk on a popular street for pedestrian traffic.

Hello Eperez,
The picture clearly shows the issue. The untrimmed hedge is making the sidewalk impassable. There is virtually no open space between the left edge of the sidewalk and the right edge of the sidewalk.
