Description

Large potholes across bike lanes caused by pavement cuts in front of new construction. Patched poorly about 2 months ago, now are dangerous again

9/22/09 9:09am: The Streets Dept made an inspection and has referred it to SEPTA. Problem Type: Potholes.

311 has not received a completion time-frame from SEPTA.
