Picture. This still doesn't look safe. There is, as mentioned, 2 feet of bumps removed and milled. That specific section seems fine to ride on, but there's no indication that cyclists should ride only there.
There are some reflective strips, but nothing that would actually indicate that it's something unsuitable for cyclists to cross over.
So what's the general verdict here? Do the people watching this issue find it to be solved to their liking? Is it still unclear what cyclists should do to navigate these bumps safely?
