Description

Resident at 413 Laurel Ct says that builder at home beside her (409 Laurel Ct) is encroaching on their property because they have moved where the driveway was, and have also replaced the previous concrete driveway culvert in with a plastic culvert pipe. Resident says that builder has also left a mess behind that they are having to clean up on their property.
