This issue still hasn't been addressed 3 months later.

The City of Huntsville is aware of your service request; however the issue you reported is still under construction. The Pole Transfer process is directly related to the widening project in that area. All communication companies along with Huntsville Utilities have to work together to complete this process. Once all the communication lines have been transferred the pole will be removed. Please be patient as these items take time to resolve.

The original poles were removed. This is one of the new poles that was installed last spring. All media cables were transferred. That transfer was completed in August last year. This disconnection happened after the transfer. No other poles are being installed or remove in this area. How about someone come out and confirm what I'm saying before posting incorrect or uniformed info.

Just a quick follow up to what I've already posted above. Utility relocation of electrical and media cables along Phase I of Martin Road widening project took place from June 2018 to August 2019. Check with Jon Laing if you want confirmation of those dates. No additional relocation of wires and cables is planned in this area for Phase I. The cables shown in the photo sbove are detached from the pole that they were attached to as part of the relocation effort. The pole shown isn't a temporary pole or pole to be removed. It's a new pole that is part of the relocation. How someone at HU doesn't know this or doesn't know the status of a HU-led utility relocation project is troubling to say the least. You should probably just remove your entire response above.

Huntsville Utilities is aware and we appreciate your concern. Two different people went out, one on the 17th and one yesterday March 18, 2020 to survey this situation. At the present time it is too wet to get a truck into position to make attachments and we are unable to climb a concrete pole. As soon as conditions improve we will make attachments and also remove any guying that was not re-attached. There are still poles that need to be removed and underground to overhead transitions transferred as AT&T was there working on some of that on Tuesday March 17th.
