Observed furniture, tires, dog wastes, vehicle parts, an open garage of rubbish and debris plus trash, garbage, rubbish and debris on the front porch and ground area near the front porch. Need to issue an order to the property owner. /// RLM

12/26/2019 - Issued order to property owner. /// RLM

1/13 - Observed no change with waste at the property. The property still appears vacant. Referred for hearing citation. /// GED
1/14 - Received message from owner. He spoke with police and has posted the house with a notice to go in with police on Thursday. He will call and give update. He understands we will proceed with hearing for due process to get it cleaned. /// GED

1/16 - Issued hearing citation. /// GED
1/17 - Posted hearing citation. /// GED
1/17 - Received message from owner. Returned call and discussed. He said they went in with police yesterday and he had arranged for a contractor and dumpster next week. It should be completed Thursday if everything fits in a 20yd dumpster. /// GED

1/23 - Received call from owner that the exterior was cleaned and dumpster was removed. There are 4 tires that are by street. We discussed the recycling center. /// GED

1/23 - Observed exterior cleaned except for the tires. Tires were removed for disposal. Case pulled from hearings. Case closed. /// GED
