Seems like this would be a priority for the authorities to address. It’s been properly reported. And there is obvious lawbreaking taking place.
Who has the liability when someone gets injured because of it? I’d think the city would be accountable.

Vagrants moved the encampment this morning. This is what was left: dirty matress, containers of urine, trash, stolen mail, etc.
Poverty does not preclude one from being tidy and respectful. This behaivor is not a result of a 'housing crisis'. It's a result of addicts who just don't give sh*t, and who will not change unless there are consequences to actions and laws are enforced.
