Traffic light at Ravens ridge road and Falls of the Neuse is malfunctioning. At 6:15Am the light will turn red for Falls of the neuse traffic and give Ravens ridge a grren light when no traffic is present on Ravens ridge road and remains green for around 30 seconds.
