During the public outreach phase of this project, it was determined there is a local resident the ADA space was installed for and they no longer drive. DPW would like to ask for any further feedback regarding the possibility of the loss of a designated ADA space, and the addition of a 30-minute parking space. Please respond via email or phone so your feedback may be considered during our evaluation.
Thank you!

Good Afternoon,
Please be advised the DPW Traffic Commission approved the Staff recommendation. Consequently, the existing ADA space on the north side of North Street in the first space west of Elmwood Avenue will be reallocated to a 30-minute time limited parking space. The 30-minute restriction will be in effect from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Sundays and Holidays accepted.. This regulation will not be effective for approximately one month; there is a publishing time period requirement after a regulation is approved prior to becoming effective. Feel free to call me should you have any questions. The Department of Public Works has resolved this request. Thanks for helping to keep Burlington a great place to live and work.
Best,
