A resident came in to complain about an overflowing dumpster located at 7419 Werner. She stated that she’s been having problems for over a year with the tenants at that property not properly emptying the dumpster or throwing their trash away, leading to a lot of trash ending up on her property that she then has to clean up. She stated that she has spoken to the property owner multiple times but nothing has changed.
