I live on Grand Street and have to cross the intersection at Grand Street and Grove Street atleast 2 times per day. Each and every time I cross this intersection, drivers drive through the red traffic light. The pedestrians already have such little time to cross the wide street, but this is made worse when cars are allowed to continuously run the red light. Not only are they driving through the pedestrians crosswalk while there is a walk signal, but they are speeding through the red light. The speed limit is not enforced on Grand Street and it feels like a highway. There needs to be red light cameras that send traffic tickets, a traffic cop, or some solution, or else more pedestrians are going to be killed by traffic on this street.
