I have reported this problem to URGENT and KPD many times. its not a hard house to find, its probably the only bright blue house in the city. All throughout the week I witness the same people going to the door, not entering the house and leaving within a couple minutes. Law enforcement must be blind. this use to be a nice neighborhood. Lets see a crackdown on the dealers of Kingston. Lets get our city back.
