Description
Huge supports for a billboard (to be visible from I-95) have been installed in Hetzel Park, only a hundred feet or so from homes. This has been done without notifying residents. When completed, this billboard will tower over the neigborhood, blocking sunlight. Are you kidding me? Who is responsible? How did this get approved???!!!
