This is the worst thing to happen to Fitchburg. Have you tried calling 911?

I didn't report this one, and yes i have been picking up trash pretty much every day here for two years. How many clean ups have you been to?

Although we appreciate public interaction within this application I politely ask that we refrain from using it as a group discussion page. We are working hard to give Fitchburg citizens a better option when trying to get issues in the community corrected. I know it isn't perfect but I hope you guys feel it is a step in the right direction.
