Descrizione
We had visited with the Engineers and told them that our storm drain was no sufficient to deal with the water that comes down our street. People came out and painted the street and put up flags to indicate utilities. We just wanted to get an update on when the actual work will be done. Thanks.

Thanks for your prompt reply.
How does that impact the scheduling of the project?

Thank you for the note. The Department of Public Works had the basins cleaned over the past few months, and will continue to monitor the system's functionality moving forward. If it is determined that improvements are required, we will add this location to the the list of pending drainage improvements.
Thank you for your patience.

Thanks again for your prompt reply.I
It literally floods into our yard and creates a river in the side yard and a lake in the backyard even after it has been recently cleaned. We get the run off from the entire cul de sac. The last time we had it cleaned, the gentleman who cleaned it said that the basin was not sufficient for the amount of run off we get. We are at the bottom of a hill at the end of a cu de sac. We have already had significant water come into our basement.
Have any of the engineers come out and looked at the issue or taken measurements to better analyze the situation? What additional monitoring needs to be done to move this to an active project?
Please let me know what I need to do to escalate this.
Best,
David Wyant
