No work has been completed whatsoever. Here is a picture from moments ago.

I received a message that the issue had been taken care of. It has not been addressed. The sidewalk and road are still covered.

A work order has been created to have the debris removed as soon as possible. With the rain continuing tomorrow, it may be next week. Sorry for the delayed and erroneous response. We have had IT issues this week and we are working to resolve them. Thank you for your patience.

THE WORK HAS NOT EVEN STARTED, MUCH YET BEEN COMPLETED. PUT ON A RAINCOAT AND DO YOUR JOB. Picture attached from this morning. If only this weren't entirely predictable and preventable when I reported the issue almost three weeks ago.
