Sidewalks have not been plowed for 4 years after snow storms on the south sidewalk of Lincoln Street. The Northside is plowed but the south side is never plowed.from route 85 to prospect Street going down Lincoln on the south side of the street. What happens when wheelchairs need to go on that side of the street?

We decided in the best interest in our operators safety that we would eliminate clearing the snow with our equipment and putting the snow removal back onto the homeowners, per City Code.
We will revisit this section again and see if we can make repairs over the summer to allow the City to again, assist the homeowners with the snow.
