Zoning Administration will inspect the property for violations of the Zoning Ordinance.

Agree there is a zoning concern, but there is an issue with minimum parking distance from an intersection. This looks like its at the very corner of the curbs. The size of the truck and trailer would mess up the sight distance for Greenleaf traffic.

I and my husband and son have trouble seeing around the truck when coming off Greenleaf onto Chicamauga.

This is also an issue when coming up Chicamauga to turn right onto greenleaf. You have to get on the left side of the road and it’s hard to see people turning the corner coming from mountain gap. Plus being on the left side to go around if they are going straight on Chicamauga they can’t get around you either. Played a game of chicken yesterday

Pretty upset right now. This was the situation today when I left to get the kids from school and I’m almost hit by a car I can’t see. I call HPD non emergency line and they wouldn’t even let me finish explaining THIS situation before telling me they’ve already considered this non hazardous and HUNG UP on me. How is this not hazardous?!

Zoning Administration Inspector made contact with the property owners and informed them of the Zoning Ordinance. We will continue to monitor the property for violations. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
