This trash was set out for pick up on last week. The garbage containers were not emptied. This is the second week that the trash has been waiting to be emptied.

Thank you for reporting the missed garbage pick-up to Advance Disposal Service. Advanced Disposal only empties the cart that's provided for you. The bags outside the cart will be picked up by the Macon-Bibb driver. This will be referred to a supervisor to address as soon as possible.

Last week there was a holiday, which put your pick up a day later. Your driver serviced your provided trash cart on Saturday, (1.4.19). The extra bags on the outside of your cart will be picked up by the Macon-Bibb driver. I have sent Macon-Bibb an email letting them know you need the bags picked up
