Description

"Drainage needs to be maintained, this is causing flooding damage to property, fencing, and ponding water is damaging home" (Case No 19657) "The District and Pima County Department of Transportation (PCDOT) implemented a
maintenance drainage way agreement protocol for street to alley drainages like this one.
The protocol states that “street-to-alley drainage ways that have no direct connection to
District–owned or maintained infrastructure or drainage ways” are now the responsibility
of the PCDOT to maintain, not the District. This concern will be forwarded to the PCDOT
for their review and response." (Subject: Drainage Complaint DC19-657) "Field Investigation" "Notes
Private drainage easement set up meeting with Mr. Petkovich for Friday 1/3/2020 @ 8am.
This DRWY falls under the 2015 street to alley criteria and will be forwarded to PCDOT."
