Description
We are trying to sell our house which FEMA has designated to be, largely, in a flood zone (it wasn't when we bought it). As time goes on, more and more homes in River Run will also, apparently, be in the flood zone. In reality, the risk of flooding is low, but the designation is making a home sale difficult. Does the town have any plans to mitigate the overflow of the Rocky River so as to rein in the boundaries of the flood plain? The HOA has not been of any help. Thanks for any information or assistance you can offer.
