Description
Sidewalk is sunken to the point that water enters the basements of three homes on the block - 210, 212, and 214 Third Street. The storm drain is on the corner of Charles and Third but the street and sidewalk are not appropriately graded to drain in that direction.

I’ve noticed lots of urban ponding on this block, as well as on the other side of Rogers St Park along Second St., and wrapping around the American Twine building the intersection with Charles St.
Hoping the new park construction can improve the overall drainage in the area. A major storm will not be pretty.
