Hello. The stretch of E. River from Roundrock/copper ridge to n. Ave lavalita have what looks like sewer or power crossings that are breaking up. These are getting worse by the week. The loud banging sound from cars and large trucks sound like a gun range at all times. Any help would be a relief to all that use River and to to all the residents around this stretch of road. Thank you.
