drain grate causing big problems potholes at corner of location where steel drain is : where turn east off la cholla there is a .steel grate across jay ave .long the edge of drain has eroded so that there is an area where car wheels drop a half foot or so alongside the grate after going over grate causing big clunk and possible damage to cars front ends.It has been bad for several months so that drivers intentionally swing over into the other lane to avoid that area whiich is obviously dangerous. this street jay ave cuts thru from rthrauff to la cholla and hundreds of drivers use it as a main street to avoid the light at ruthrauff and la cholla both directions at all times of the day.those cars sppeed through thiis neighborhood and many drive on the wrong side of the street to maintain their speed at 35 mph or faster. I have almlosdt been hit by several cars just walking across thiis neighborhood street to my neighbors house even being careful but often a speeding car comes from around that corner bend. IIt is truly hazardous and dangerous because of all the cars that use it as a shortcut especially during the rush hour times . not only is such dangerous for those of us who live here and need to back out of our driveways etc. the drivers of those cars themselves often allmost have head on collisions because both directions cars are speeding and ddriving down the middle of the road or completeluy on the wrong side of the road.there is no white line divider, the street is wide and in decent shape so people use it like a sport drive too fast and could kill someone.MORE THAN A FEW TIMES
