How do we stop this place from becoming a major dump site

I would already consider this a major illegal dump site. At least weekly someone (or many) plops a load of household stuff. It looks a lot like someone has a clean out service (maybe after eviction) and they’re not taking the stuff to the dump. I’ve cleaned up a ton of crap myself and now I just can’t keep up with the increased frequency. This would be an excellent spot to deploy the mobile surveillance cameras approved for the City in the last Participatory Budgeting cycle. I am pretty sure it’s only one or two culprits as the dump spot and timing is always the same. I am very thankful that the City usually comes out pretty quickly to pick the debris up. Dead vehicles not so much....
