Description

A residential sewer line is broken under the driveway of the residence. It is leaking raw sewage which runs down to the curb and into the storm drain and into the bay. Dogs walking by are licking up the smelly water. This was reported to Storm Water Dept but they assumed it was a sprinkler line. It smells much worse. But it is is a sprinkler line the reclaimed water should be shut off until the pipe is repaired. It's nasty.
