recently purchased a house from the city on 2903 Barbara drive and have not been able to put anything in my backyard or let my grandbaby play in the backyard due to no maintenance to the empty lot directly behind me no one comes to check on him no one does anything and I think he stays right in front of the lot so it's damaging property and it's unsafe everytime it rains something falls or the wind blows hard something fall so I think because it's her property she should be responsible to maintain the lot even though it's empty the lot is a mess cars in animals and everything to be over there so I'd like to see if she could be cited or someone could clean it up or have her clean it up or if not find her for not cleaning it up cuz it's unfair to me to just purchase a home and not being able to enjoy my backyard thank you unsafe backyard at that can't even put faded patio furniture out or any of my things that I purchased I have a pool I can't even put that out of eithermy property taxes just went up so I think it would be only fair for her to be cited for not cleaning up her property and not maintaining her property and her trees on the property which is damaged and everybody else property
