I can’t control a public street and who parks there. I live in the city and people park on the streets. I don’t know them.

I understand you have no control over who parks in front of your cart but I was letting you know we were there to service the cart but was unable to due they were blocked. There's no need to be upset with us because we done our part just like you did your part and we both have no control over who parks on the city streets. I will have the driver to go back and try again to service your cart.

I’m sorry i was rude. If you’ll let me know when they might come, I can put the bins in front of the driveway in the road. That way if someone parks in front of the house it won’t be an issue.

It seems when the cart is blocked by a parked vehicle, it would take less time for someone on the truck to move the cart where it could be emptied instead of waiting for a missed pickup complaint and sending the truck back.

The type of truck that services your cart are the trucks with the side arm & not the rear loader type that has the 2 guys on the truck. The truck with the side arm is designed for the driver to not get out of the truck due to safety reason. Some times the cars that park on the street park to close to each to were our guys are not able to pull the carts between the vehicles. Sometimes we have this type of problems & we don't mind helping out when this happens. We know it's out of your control as well.
