Description

On 12-29-2010, over 38 hours after the end of the last snowstorm, the sidewalk in front of Dunkin Donuts, 223 New Britain Rd., Berlin, CT was still not cleared. The parking lot was cleared. 2 Blind persons w/ guide dogs were HINDERED and unable to continue their walk unaided. This is NOT the first time DD has been negligent concerning snow removal. DD is NOT a good neighbor. We informed the Police, but are not sure that DD was fined, even though DD has been negligent in the past about timely snow removal.

This is a DISGRACE!!!! I have also seen Dunkin Donuts neglecting to shovel the walks. They are very arrogant when you inform them of their oversight. This DD should be picketed1

It just shows how apathy prevails in Berlin, CT. What a shame!

Also shows hoe CORPORATE AMERICA just keeps on TAKING and not caring about its customers.

Almost 2 YEARS later, and where are we????? NO WHERE.... But the Town of Berlin is fighting over building a skate park for the youth of the town....WHAT A JOKE! .....Build the darn skate park and maybe the kids in town will have less time to do DRUGS! Ooops. I forgot. Berlin does NOT have a drug problem... LMAO!

Here we go again. I'm again at a loss for words. How can Dunkin Donuts keep getting away with IGNORING THE LAW? I guess that is the way of the world. If you are a WEALTHY person or corporate entity, you can buy special favors from the Town of Berlin. As of this post, the walk remains COVERED IN SNOW, and despite calling Town Hall, DD is NOT fined, or forced to remove the snow from the sidewalk, like the rest of the citizens of Berlin.
