128 Rutherford Place Kearny, NJ 07032. The yellow home is as I believe zoned as a two family home. I am almost 100% sure that there are people living in the attic and the basement as well as the first and second floor. I see people utilizing the back entrance into basement at all hours of the day and night. I have seen construction being made on the home and I would like as a law abiding tax payer for someone to please check out the home to be perfectly sure it is not being utilized as more than a two family. It is not fair to the high paying taxpayers that follow the rules. Thank you for looking into this matter
