During the Winter, I haven't seen a problem but, Spring is around the corner. I'm keeping this issue open as a reminder to those who can take action to please be aware that new Spring growth can quickly become a road hazard. Cut hedges and tree limbs so they don't block road signs. Thank you in advance.
