Ok, seriously. Please stop abusing this service with frivolous complaints! (I'm looking at you, 37th Ave.) City Response time has already dropped a lot in the last year as this app gets more popular. You're taking away from resources that we need to address legitimate blight issues.

Your anger is misplaced and in my opinion (and the city's) graffiti is blight. The responsibility to remove the graffiti is on the property owner in this case, not the city. All the city does is send a letter and collect fines

It's important to note also, that graffiti abatement has it's own budget and staff, so it is not in fact 'taking away' from more serious issues.
