Have the big bellies been placed back on this location?

There are 2 Big Belly cans: one on the east side of Main near Capitol (to the left of the statue of Pulaski) and one on the north west corner of Main and Capitol.

I'd have to look again at the east side by Pulaski but on the west side there is just a trash can and no recycle.
