Description

2 large utility poles are on the west side easement (side of 800 Monroe). Initially 1 pole was left there for over a year if not longer. Then a 2nd pole was added and both remain. This is a long standing issue, and the poles remain "stored" there for several years. Has the potential to be a safety hazard.
