Description

This isn't actually a signal outage issue, but more of a signal timing issue--there is a crosswalk that crosses Division between the Munger residences and Hanover Square Park. The signal is set to "Walk" when the Packard traffic light is green. Traffic can be heavy here and moving fast--lots of vehicles turn off of Packard onto Division and the walk signal cuts directly across this traffic. Not sure what the solution is, but for pedestrian safety, there should at least be some lead time for the walk signal when the traffic light is still red for both Packard and Division.
