Description
Trash blown from leaf composting facility across Camp Hill into the woods between Camp Hill and Walking trail. This is an on going problem. Measures should be taken to police the area on a routine basis especially after wind events as well as contain the bags and garbage coming from the leaf facility to the facility. Thank you.
