The traffic light at College Road and Pinecliff Drive has left turn arrows for all left turns except the one turning from College Road southbound onto Pinecliff Drive. The left turn arrow is there but never comes on. Some work was recently finished on these lights to accommodate the large amount of traffic going in and out of the Cape Fear Academy but the light still does not work. This is very dangerous as visibility is sometimes quite limited while attempting to turn from College to Pinecliff and of course, College is a very busy road.
