Description
This resident continually lets a large amount of leaves gather on their sidewalk making it hard to pass and collecting garbage. Now they have shoveled the pile into the street expecting the snow plows to take them away. The city plows completely skipped that side of the street but luckily a neighbor with a plow came and got it. This neighbor needs to be notified they cannot block the sidewalk or clog the street with leaves. The sewer sits right in front of their house and we have walked down ourselves to dig the leaves out when flooding occurs. The neighbor's response is to not sweat the small stuff. We have tried to have polite conversations but it has gotten us nowhere. The photo does not show just how many leaves are under the snow in the road.
This resident also puts their garbage out front sometimes as soon as the day after pickup weekly.
