City needs to start doing a better job on towing cars special and they give notice to everyone that there’s a parking ban on the street. Police Offficer ticket them more frequently and start doing their jobs

They're right. I live right down the road from here. There are atleast 3 or 4 cars that consistently park on the road during parking bans and never move
