A fine has been sent to the property owner.

The property owner has sanded and salted the ice on the sidewalk on the Pierce St. side of the house. There are no access ramps for cross walks on the sidewalks that abutting this property.

you can't see it because it's covered in snow.

it's for crossing over to the median on the right turn from Mt Vernon to Pierce (kind of a u-turn). There's a yellow ramp there, on the corner, last I saw this morning it was covered in snow/ice.

Additionally, I believe the median is the responsibility of the city of Malden right? I will just open a ticket later tonight for that - it isn't shoveled either. Malden has no problem issuing fines to its residents but is pretty lazy itself when it comes to snow removal on city property.

There's a ramp in there, I promise. I walk on it every day. Looks like some wheels already had to roll through it.
