Description

The sensor for cars on E33rd St to trigger the light to turn left onto Park Blvd is not working.

Cars sit for 5+ minutes before someone hits the pedestrian signal and let them cross.

This is especially bad as this is a very narrow st and 2 cars cannot pass side by side. If a car turns onto E33rd St and someone is waiting to cross Park then that car is stuck sticking out into Park Blvd.
